Introduction#

OKIT.WebMap is a simple and easy browserbased tracking application.

Just download the GHANS App to your Android mobile phone and cofigure your prefix.

Your tracking data will then be avalable in https://agile.okit.de/OKIT.WebMap immideately.

Use it to tracke where you have been, how many km and time you spent on the way.

Look which near by colleague to send, if a customer needs support.

Getting Started#

As the booking admin of your company account, please do the following:

1. go to the tab Booked Applications
2. select the application WebMap
3. if not already booked, please press the button start using
4. if required, please provide a cost center for your own convenience
5. please click the button roles and add the users who should have access to the data
6. now change to the tab My Apps; you should see the WebMap icon
7. click on the WebMap icon and you are signed on into the WebMap application directly

Einleitung#

OKIT.WebMap ist eine einfache Track & Trace Anwendung für den Webbrowser.

Lade einfach die GHANS App auf Dein Android Handy herunter und konfiguriere Deinen Prefix. Die Trackingdaten werden umgehend unter https://agile.okit.de/OKIT.WebMap sichtbar.

Verwende OKIT.WebMap um zu schauen wo Du warst, wieviele km Du zurückgelegt hast und wie lange Du wo warst.

Schau nach, welcher Deiner Kollegen gerade in der Nähe des Kunden ist, der Hilfe braucht.

Erste Schritte#

Als der Buchungs-Administrator deines Unternehmensaccounts gehe bitte wie folgt vor:

1. wechsle auf das Tab Gebuchte Applikationen
2. wähle die Applikation WebMap
3. sofern noch nicht gebucht, starte die Nutzung mit einem Klick auf den Button Nutzung beginnen
4. wenn gewünscht, gib eine Kostenstelle an
5. klicke auf Rollenzuweisung und füge die Anwender hinzu, die WebMap nutzen können sollen
6. nun wechsle auf das Tab Meine Apps; Du solltes hier das WebMap Icon sehen
7. klicke auf das WebMap Icon; Du wirst sofort bei WebMap eingeloggt und kannst die Nutzung beginnen
