Filelink ist eine Hilfe, wenn du große Dateien per E-Mail versenden sollst.
Viele Mailprovider lehnen zu große E-Mails ab. Wie soll man dann die Datei zum Empfänger bekommen?
Mit Filelink erkennt dein Mailprogramm, dass eine Datei zu groß ist für den Mailversand. Es hilft dir die Datei stattdessen automatisch in deine persönliche Nextcloud hoch zu laden und hängt einen Link auf diese Datei in der E-Mail an.
Die E-Mail kann dann ganz schnell versendet und empfangen werden. Der Empfänger klickt auf den Link und kann die Datei ganz bequem herunter laden.
Du kannst das auch jedes mal alles selbst machen. Hier beschreiben wir, wie Du eine Automatik in Deinem Thunderbird-Mailprogramm einrichtest.
