Indroduction#

Filehosting is about sharing files, documents, images, plans etc. with your colleagues, friends and project partners.

It enables you to:

browser based access
automatic syncing on laptops and desktop computers
full access even with a smartphone
sharing of files & folders with users on the same server
sharing of files & folders using links you send via email
simultaneous editing of Office documents (word processing, spread sheets, presentations) in browser windows
video conferencing
sharing of address books
sharing of calendars
sending big files via link instead as an attachment (Filelink); integration for example into Thunderbird

Getting Started#

You should already have an account at https://agile.okit.de/. As a booking admin you can simply add the NextCloud to your portfolio. Using Roles you can give users access to NextCloud.

Hier geht es darum Dateien, Dokumente, Bilder, Pläne etc. mit Kollegen, Freunden und Projektpartnern zu teilen.

Es erlaubt Dir:

browserbasierte Bedienung
automatisches Synchronisieren auf Laptops und Desktop-Computern
voller Zugriff auch per Smartphone (Android & IOS)
Teilen von Dateien/Ordnern mit Anwendern auf dem selben Server
Teilen von Dateien/Ordnern über Links. die per E-Mail versendet werden
gleichzeitiges editieren von Office-Dokumenten (Textverarbeitung, Tabellenkalkulation, Präsentationen) gleich im Browser
Videokonferenzen
Teilen von Adressbüchern
Teilen von Terminkalendern
Versenden von großen Dateien als Link, anstelle als Attachment (Filelink); Integration zum Beispiel mit Thunderbird

Erste Schritte#

Du solltest bereits einen Account bei https://agile.okit.de/ haben. Als Buchungs-Administrator kannst Du die NextCloud-Applikation einfach hinzubuchen und über Rollenzuweisung kannst Du Deinen Kollegen Zugriff auf NextClouod geben.
