This is the AgileAS Wiki. It is intended to help users to answer frequently asked questions and get started with products hosted at AgileAS.

Was ist AgileAS#

AgileAS ist eine Plattform für kollaboratives Arbeiten.

Es enthält die folgenden kollaborativen Anwendungen:

• Share Point zum Teilen von Dateien, Webmeetings, Kalender, Adressbuch, Webmailer.
• Gemeinsame, gleichzeitige Bearbeitung von Office-Dokumenten in Ihrem Webbrowser.
• Gemeinsame, gleichzeitige Bearbeitung von Whiteboards in Ihrem Webbrowser.
• Ein Kanban-Board für das Projektmanagement mit kleineren und größeren Teams. Einschließlich Gantt-Diagrammen, Kalendersynchronisierung und Projektleistungsmetriken.

Alle Anwendungen können bei Bedarf gebucht und wieder abbestellt werden. Einige Anwendungen sind kostenlos, andere werden auf Basis der Nutzung berechnet.

AgileAS ist eine B2B-Plattform und wird als Prepaid oder im Lastschriftverfahren angeboten.

Wenn Sie eine eigene Webanwendung haben, die Sie hinzufügen möchten, verwalten wir die Benutzerkonten darauf und können Ihre Kunden für Sie abrechnen.

What is AgileAS#

AgileAS is a plattform for collaborative work.

It comes with the following colaborative applications:

• Share Point to share files, have Webmeetings, Calendar, Addressbook, Webmailer.
• Collaborative, simultaneous editing of Office documents in your web browser.
• Collaborative, simultaneous editing of Whiteboards in your web browser.
• A Kanban board for project management with smaller and bigger teams. Including Gantt charts, calendar syncing and project performance metrics.

Additionally we have some special purpose applications available and connectable to AgileAS:

• WordPress for your homepage, blogs, webshops or structured content.
• Bugzilla, a ticket system
• OKIT.WebMap, watching your fleet and getting automatic reports of journeys you did with any vehicle you like
• OKIT.VCM, a vehicle condition monitoring for utility vehicles and fleets, for example online Tire Pressure Measurement Systems
• Jupyter Lab, for your data science applications
• CareLAN access, OKIT's solution to remote control and measure distributed (IoT) applications
• OKIT.M2M, to manage SIM cards for your IoT applications
• Grafana, to visualize almost any life and historian data your distributed aplications and facilities deliver
• Wikiland, to host your own special purpose Wiki to store knowledge and documentation; closed user group or puplic, as you like

All applications can be booked and unbooked on demand. Some applications are free, others are charged based on usage.

AgileAS is an B2B platform and comes as being prepaid or as direct debit.

If you have your own web application, you would like to add on, we will manage the user accounts on it and can bill your customers for you.
