Indroduction#

Filehosting is about sharing files, documents, images, plans etc. with your colleagues, friends and project partners.

It enables you to:

1. browser based access
2. automatic syncing on laptops and desktop computers
3. full access even with a smartphone
4. sharing of files & folders with users on the same server
5. sharing of files & folders using links you send via email

Getting Started#

You should already have an account at https://agile.okit.de/. As a booking admin you can simply add the NextCloud to your portfolio. Using Roles you can give users access to NextCloud.

Hier geht es darum Dateien, Dokumente, Bilder, Pläne etc. mit Kollegen, Freunden und Projektpartnern zu teilen.

Es erlaubt Dir:

1. browserbasierte Bedienung
2. automatisches Synchronisieren auf Laptops und Desktop-Computern
3. voller Zugriff auch per Smartphone (Android & IOS)
4. Teilen von Dateien/Ordnern mit Anwendern auf dem selben Server
5. Teilen von Dateien/Ordnern über Links. die per E-Mail versendet werden

Erste Schritte#

Du solltest bereits einen Account bei https://agile.okit.de/ haben. Als Buchungs-Administrator kannst Du die NextCloud-Applikation einfach hinzubuchen und über Rollenzuweisung kannst Du Deinen Kollegen Zugriff auf NextClouod geben.
